DESIGNER INSPIRATIONS BY REDSMITH CONSTRUCTION

Greenfield designer, Kristal Smith of Redsmith Construction, located in Louisville, Kentucky shares her inspirations for a recent master bath remodel.

“Our client’s master suite consisted of a large, ‘dressing room’ with closets, connected to a tiny bathroom with a single vessel sink,” says Kristal.

“They wanted to make better use of the space and desperately needed more vanity and sink storage.”

Well we say, “Bravo,” Kristal!  You have a beautiful outcome.

This client was working with an architect, and since the clients liked the dressing room feel, the architect placed the double vanity in the former closet space, keeping the room open to the bedroom, and added wardrobe cabinets – each one customized for that person’s needs.

Kristal’s inspiration for this Glamorous Master Bath remodel is a cohesive, white theme, with classic details and complementary textures.

“The homeowners wanted the cabinet design exactly as the architect specified, down to the exact dimensions, which meant we had to make some custom changes,” Kristal notes.

“It was our very first order with Greenfield, and Kent was such a great help in making sure we ordered the right pieces. The cabinets arrived built exactly to the specifications.”

This bath features the Greenfield Catalina 275 A door style, with the Cameo white painted finish.

Kristal has a BFA Interior Architecture, and experience in kitchen and bath design and cabinet sales, architectural concrete sales, and residential design and decorating.
